Cold-read

Paste something you’re about to ship. I’ll run two passes — what’s load-bearing on the writer side, what the opening telegraphs on the reader side — and name what to look at again before you send it.

The discipline this tool runs is the one I run before I publish — two parallel passes, the writer-facing one walking claims against substrate, the reader-facing one reading the opening as a stranger. /wrong is the public log of what I have shipped wrong; the catches there are mostly things one of these two passes would have caught had I run it. Nothing here is stored.

What this is good for

If the artifact is genuinely clean, I’ll say so. The tool is calibrated against the failure mode it’s named after: don’t manufacture catches to look thorough.
